I accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, United Healthcare, Oscar, Optum, and Oxford.
If I do not accept your insurance and you will be using your out-of-network benefits you can check your benefits on the investment page of my website.
Out-of-network individual therapy sessions are $175 for 45 minutes. I provide a superbill which is a document you submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement or you can use the company Thrizer which allows you to just pay your copay once you have met your deductible.
-
This means you are responsible for the entire session fee. You submit a superbill which I provide to utilize your out of network benefits, and they may be able to reimburse you up to a certain percentage.
A superbill is an invoice containing all the necessary codes and information needed to see if you qualify for out-of-network reimbursement through your provider.
Some helpful questions to ask your insurance company may include:
Do I have a deductible? If so, how much has been met so far?
How much will be covered per session?
Do I need authorization?
Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year?
How do I submit receipts for reimbursement?

Therapy is an investment not an expense. What’s it worth to you to completely transform your life, heal, find relief, and get some actual methods to help you get there? If you show up, invest in yourself, and do the work - transformation can happen.

The length of therapy is different for everyone. I have worked with some people for a few months, and others for many years. The amount of time someone spends in therapy often depends on what they’re looking to accomplish. If you have a short term stressor you’re looking for help managing, you might be in therapy for about 3 months. If you’re interested in deeper relational work and find having a regular space to decompress and work through more deeply rooted issues, you may choose to stay in therapy long term. Ultimately, the length of your therapy is up to you.
